From July 18th to 20th, Human Resources Department organized all company staff to go to Xilin Gol Grassland in Inner Mongolia to conduct 3-day internal sharing and outward bound activities. The theme of the internal sharing meeting was "Harmony, Development and Perception". 7 company leaders including Chairman Xuan Xianzong and Managing Director Jiang Li brought a one-day sharing course to everyone from the aspects of company development, career experience, company project summary, personal development, safety knowledge, etc. This internal sharing shortened the distance between company leaders and staff, strengthened internal communication, and increased staff's sense of belonging and company's cohesion. In the outward bound activity "Grassland Marching", "Team of Tigers and Wolves" stood out of 5 teams and won the first prize through fierce team competition.
