On August 28, 2019, Air City Development Co., Ltd. (ACL) and China Civil Aviation Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Engineering Consulting Company” for short) held a ceremony for signing a strategic cooperation agreement at Beijing ACL International Building. ACL Chairman Liu Renjie, Managing Director Hu Tianmu, and Ren Limin, Party Secretary of Engineering Consulting Company attended the ceremony. Zhao Peng, ACL Vice General Manager, and Min Dongli, Vice General Manager of the Engineering Consulting Company, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides. The signing ceremony was hosted by Liu Runling, Director of the Integrated Management Department of ACL.

 
At the meeting, ACL Managing Director Hu Tianmu introduced ACL’s business development in recent years and the general situation of ACL Industry Research Institute. He pointed out that Engineering Consulting Company is one of the largest and most authoritative consulting organizations in the civil aviation industry, with considerable consulting and research strength. He said that this strategic cooperation marks the beginning of long-term cooperation between the two parties in the field of aviation logistics research. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in industry development research, project consulting cooperation, communication platform construction, industry information release, and expert talent training. He hoped that the strategic cooperation will contribute to the development of the aviation logistics industry.
 
Ren Limin, Party Secretary of the CPC Committee of the Engineering Consulting Company, made an introduction about the development and current reform of the Engineering Consulting Company. He pointed out that ACL is a professional enterprise that develops, invests, constructs and operates air cargo clearance in China. It is also the earliest, largest and best platform for aviation logistics. He expressed that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between the Engineering Consulting Company and ACL will make the two sides fully exploit their advantages in research, market, talents and industry applications, and jointly promote the development of civil aviation.
